Mosquito Joe parent company appoints chief marketing officer

Buzz Franchise Brands promoted its vice president of marketing to chief marketing officer.


Buzz Franchise Brands, the parent company of Mosquito Joe, promoted Angela Zerda Paules to serve as its chief marketing officer.

In the new position, Paules will be leading Buzz Franchise Brands, supporting the company’s expansion as it launches new Mosquito Joe franchises across the country. Her responsibilities will include new brand development, corporate marketing, franchise development marketing and marketing support for franchise partners.

Paules has 15 years of marketing and advertising experience. She most recently served as the company’s vice president of marketing for two years. Prior to that, she served as director of marketing for Mosquito Joe for four years, helping to grow the outdoor pest control business to a franchise brand.

“I hope to bring a forward-thinking approach to this role to keep us on the forefront of the marketing industry,” Paules said. “I want to ensure that from the top to bottom, we have the right data and analytics available to inform decisions. Another responsibility I take seriously is the continued development of our marketing team members.”
