DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. – Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp has recognized Graham Spray Equipment for its contribution to job creation and the positive economic impact it has within and beyond the state. Kemp, accompanied by representatives of the Georgia Agribusiness Council, presented the company with an Outstanding Georgia Business certificate during a tour of Graham’s facilities last month.
Graham spray equipment is used in turf and tree care and agricultural applications throughout the state, as well as across North and South America. The company specializes in building spray rigs according to customer specifications and provides support and services designed to help their customers’ businesses be successful.
In a statement from the Secretary of State’s office, a spokesperson sad that Graham “has built its reputation on long-lasting, high-quality spray rigs and skid sprayers that meet the needs of business leaders and owners who know what they need to succeed.”
Agribusiness is a major driver of Georgia’s economy, with food and fiber production contributing more than $74 billion and accounting for more than 411,500 jobs, according to the University of Georgia’s Center for Agribusiness and Economic Development. The Georgia Agribusiness Council represents 1000 member businesses, including Graham, and provides a forum for members to promote agriculture and economic development to contribute to the quality of life throughout Georgia.
