Weathermatic makes changes to executive leadership

The changes included several promotions and new hires.

GARLAND, Texas – Weathermatic announced a series of changes and expansion to its organization and executive leadership. These moves better align the company’s plans to drive future growth by focusing on strengthening customer service and further aligning sales, operations and marketing. The announcement was made by recently named Weathermatic President, Lex Mason.

“These changes and new additions will better position the company to achieve our overall goals while also providing the continuity of strong leadership across all business segments,” Mason said. “Not only will this organizational structure create more capacity for our teams in the field, but it will enable the company to align our leaders closer to our customers and partners.”

Parry Webb was promoted to vice president of sales. With over 20 years of sales management experience, Webb will lead the growth of the business and focus on relationship development with distributors as well as contractor growth and recruitment.

Jared Rice has been appointed to vice president, customer experience. With over 15 years of experience in operational and sales leadership roles in the green industry and facility services, Rice has spent his career in commercial landscape maintenance and water management. He has achieved results through applying technology and standardization to drive customer loyalty and engaged teams. In this role, he will be amplifying his focus on delivering an enhanced “Weathermatic Experience” to customers by leading technical support, field service and monitoring teams.

Fred March was named vice president, golf & international. March’s 30+ years of experience prepare him to launch the Weathermatic golf product line with a focus on system retrofits. Additionally, he will lead in cultivating relationships in strategic international markets. 

Mitch Heiner joins Weathermatic as regional sales manager to lead business development in the key markets in the West and Midwest U.S. He brings over 13 years of green industry experience and will be responsible for working with partner contractors to grow their business, developing new business opportunities with professionals in landscape design, construction and maintenance and supporting the Weathermatic network of wholesale distributors.

Jeremy Armstrong will be joining the company on Feb. 15, 2021, as a regional sales manager to lead business development in southern California and south Texas. He brings over 17 years of experience as a leader in building products and real estate development and delivering results in custom, commercial and residential organizations. Armstrong will be responsible for working with Weathermatic Partner contractors to grow their business, developing new business opportunities with professionals in landscape design, construction and maintenance and supporting the network of wholesale distributors.

Sid Singharath assumes the role of director of marketing. A B2B senior marketing professional with 13 years’ broad marketing experience, she will be responsible for translating the company’s business objectives into marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth. In addition, she will guide overall brand development and messaging in the marketplace. Singharath brings green industry marketing expertise through leading marketing at the Aspire Software company.
