New online proposal builder from Go iLawn

The software allows contractors to produce proposals for landscape and snow removal services.

GIS Dynamics, parent company to Go iLawn and Go iPave online measuring systems, has released of its new Proposal Builder software for contractors.

Proposal Builder is designed to help landscape, pavement maintenance and snow removal contractors quickly generate professional proposals. It is fully integrated with Go iLawn and Go iPave online measuring systems. It can also be used as a stand-alone product to create custom proposal documents.

“Our users spoke, and we listened,” said Mike Rorie, CEO of GIS Dynamics. “The new and improved Proposal Builder is more flexible now than ever. Companies of any size can use this turn key solution to create in-depth custom estimates or professional proposals on-the-fly.”

Because of its integration with Go iLawn and Go iPave, Proposal Builder doubles as an estimator and proposal generator. Contractors can assign material costs, labor rates, and production factors and use Go iLawn or Go iPave property measurements to calculate company costs for servicing a property. Or, they can use Proposal Builder to create professional proposal documents with pricing, scope of work details and contract terms for prospects and clients.

“Proposal Builder started out as a calculator and estimating tool,” said Chris Ascolese, head of business development at GIS Dynamics. “It has evolved into a comprehensive business solution that allows contractors to pass their estimating skills to their staff for increased productivity.”

Adjustable industry production rates for common pieces of landscape and snow removal equipment, and averages of a decade of weather history from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) comes with Proposal Builder to help streamline, standardize and expedite the proposal process.
