Landscape Workshop acquires R.G.S. in Georgia

All R.G.S. Landscape can take positions within Landscape Workshop.

Landscape Workshop recently acquired the landscape operations of R.G.S. Landscape, which is based in Dallas, Georgia.

As part of the transaction, R.G.S. Landscape owner Royce Day is assuming a role as general manager for the Northwest Atlanta operations of Landscape Workshop.

All R.G.S. employees are being offered positions with Landscape Workshop. Landscape Workshop’s Tim Christie will continue to oversee Landscape Workshop’s Atlanta area operations.

This is the sixth acquisition Landscape Workshop has completed in 2022, three of which are located in the state of Georgia.

Landscape Workshop is a full-service grounds management company that has been providing professional service and expert maintenance for outdoor commercial spaces since 1984. LW serves 12 Southeastern markets in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, and the Florida panhandle. Landscape Workshop is backed by Carousel Capital and McKinney Capital.
