Yellowstone Landscape acquired Heads Up Landscapes, expanding its reach in New Mexico.
Heads Up is a $19-million company with more than 300 employees and is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
“Heads Up has enjoyed great success by consistently providing excellence in their service to their customers,” said Joseph Barnes, Yellowstone marketing director. “It’s why they are the leading landscape services provider in New Mexico. The acquisition of Heads Up adds extremely talented and experienced Landscape Professionals to our Yellowstone team and we look forward to sharing ideas with them.”
Barnes added that all of Heads Up employees will be retained, and there are no immediate plans to rebrand Heads Up as Yellowstone.
