Weed Man expands corporate team

New employees have been added to the Canadian company’s U.S. operations.

TORONTO – On the heels of its continued growth into the United States, Weed Man has added new faces to the corporate team and is expanding into a larger office to assist in the company’s nationwide development plans.

Recently added to the corporate office team and dedicated to U.S. operations is Roman Skrypuch, as the new director of franchise development; Dan Mongeon, franchise development coordinator, and RJ Navia, as the new social media and Web coordinator. In addition, Chris Lemcke, former technical coordinator for the company’s Canadian operations, will join Weed Man’s U.S. operations as the new technical director.

With the announced internal expansion, the Weed Man corporate office has relocated to a 3,000-square-foot facility in Oshawa, Ont.

“Joining the Weed Man team was a perfect opportunity to work for a company that is experiencing tremendous growth. To be able to build a department from the ground up is exciting,” Skrypuch said. “I understand entrepreneurship, so I am eager to work with potential franchisees in the U.S. who are interested in this great brand.”

While many businesses across the nation continue to suffer amidst the uncertain economy, Weed Man has proved that it can stand above the rest. Over the past two years, the company’s franchise operations have reported 15-20 percent growth on average. With a presence in more than 260 territories across the United States, the company’s internal changes will assist with a nationwide growth initiative to have a presence in 800 territories in the next 10 years.

“Weed Man’s growth presents us with the perfect opportunity to make internal changes and add new members to the team,” said Jennifer Lemcke, COO of Weed Man. “The corporate team is what we tribute to the success of our franchisees, and in turn, the success of the overall brand.”
