Lionel Partners and Startup Ignition Ventures led the round, which raised $1 million.

Baton B2B Referrals, a referral platform in the home services industry, has completed its first seed investment round, raising $1 million.

Lionel Partners and Startup Ignition Ventures led the round, bringing strategic investors on board who will leverage their connections to support the company's expansion within the pest and wildlife industries and into new verticals.

“The goal of this funding round was to partner with investors who could provide valuable industry insights and connections to accelerate growth," says Cody Barbour, COO and co-founder.

Baton plans to invest the funds in enhancing their product/platform to scale effectively. Additionally, the company will use the investment to bolster the team by bringing onboard new members who will contribute to attracting network partners in other industries.

"We are thrilled to have closed our seed round with such strong support from Lionel Partners and Startup Ignition Ventures," says Phil Kirkeiner, CEO and co-Founder at Baton. "Their expertise and extensive network will be instrumental as we expand our footprint within our current industries and explore new verticals such as lawn care, pools, and HVAC. We are committed to scaling our referral platform and attracting clients from various industries, and this funding will play a crucial role in achieving those goals."
