Blue Diamond Attachments has expanded its parts and accessories division, enabling customers to order parts 24 hours a day at its own dedicated website.
The parts and accessories supply system also includes:
- Hundreds of replacement parts and accessories for Blue Diamond attachments
- In-person call center ordering and expert support
- Same-day shipping available for most in-stock parts
- Complete technical specifications to ensure proper part selection
"People who are using attachments every day cannot afford downtime, but when that does happen, they need to know replacement parts and accessories are readily available," says Darren Barnes, product support manager at Blue Diamond Attachments. "That is where Blue Diamond and our parts division comes in. We have hundreds of replacement parts and accessories available and most of them can be shipped the same day they are ordered – getting that customer back up and running as soon as possible."
The catalog includes wear parts, hydraulic components, mounting hardware, ground engaging tools and rubber tracks.
