Toro has given away one of its new Dingo TX 1000 Turbo Limited Edition machines to Gregory P., a landscape professional in the greater Chicago area.
The giveaway, which ran from October 14 through December 31, 2024, celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Toro Dingo TX 1000. Toro introduced the Dingo TX 1000 Turbo Limited Edition at Equip Expo 2024, in a textured matte black finish, a new take on the compact utility loader.
“This is the first Dingo giveaway in Toro history, and the response was incredible,” says Sam Dando, senior product marketing manager at Toro. “The Dingo TX 1000 Turbo Limited Edition represents the leading innovation and powerful performance that professionals expect from Toro, and we couldn’t be more excited to award one to Gregory. We know it’ll be put to great use by him and his landscape team, who will experience firsthand the power, durability, and versatility that define the Dingo lineup.”
The Toro Dingo TX 1000 Turbo features a vertical lift, a turbocharged Yanmar diesel engine and patent-pending Smart Power technology. It also incorporates the track system from the Toro Dingo TX 1300.
Russo Power Equipment, an authorized Toro and Boss Plow dealer based in Chicago, delivered the Toro Dingo TX 1000 Turbo Limited Edition model to Gregory and his crew on February 20. In addition to taking delivery of a Toro Dingo TX 1000 Turbo Limited Edition, Gregory received another surprise that equipped his crew for winter conditions. Boss Snowplow, a division of The Toro Company, elevated the prize package with a selection of Snowrator accessory equipment.
The Dingo TX 1000 Turbo Limited Edition is still available for purchase at some local Toro Dingo dealers, offering contractors a rare opportunity to own a limited-run piece of Toro history.
