Coalmarch will transition to private ownership but retain ties to WorkWave through a strategic partnership.
“This is an exciting milestone for us,” says Coalmarch CEO Jeff Davis. “We are grateful for the experience gained under WorkWave and are eager to steer Coalmarch into its next phase, one that brings us back to our roots while prioritizing our customers and their needs.”
Coalmarch, now with a leadership team with decades of industry experience, has long been embedded in the green industry. Before its acquisition by RealGreen in 2021, the company was led by Triangle Home Services Owner Donnie Shelton.
“Our goal is to provide businesses with the tools, technology, and marketing strategies they need to thrive in an increasingly competitive market. By combining Coalmarch’s expertise with seamless integrations and industry-leading insights, we’re committed to helping green industry professionals scale smarter and grow stronger than ever before,” says Joe Kucik, a board member at Coalmarch.
Along with its return to private ownership, Coalmarch will launch a strategic partnership with WorkWave. This collaboration ensures native integrations with PestPac and Real Green, allowing connectivity between Coalmarch’s marketing platforms and WorkWave’s essential software solutions. Additionally, Coalmarch will serve as a platinum sponsor at WorkWave’s annual User Conference.
To kick off this new chapter, Coalmarch is launching a webinar series designed to help lawn care and landscaping professionals. The webinars will cover topics such as mastering digital advertising, navigating Google updates, leveraging AI-driven tools and crafting cohesive marketing strategies.
