Fairway Lawns has acquired Kapp’s Green Lawn, which marks their largest lawn care acquisition to date.
Kapp's Green Lawn is headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with branches in St. Louis, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh. The company has roughly 100 employees.
“Further expanding into the Midwest with a partner of the quality and size of Kapp’s is very exciting,” says Greg Harbison CEO of Fairway. “They represent all that a good partner should be with strong growth, quality leadership, and demonstrated excellence in serving customers and employees.”
“Not only was everyone we dealt with at Fairway top-notch, they share our values of taking care of both customers and employees," says Mike Markovich, vice president and general manager at Kapp's. "We also appreciate a similar history of starting off as family-owned, being in business for many decades, and combining branch and organic growth. It’s an excellent fit for both sides.”
