CLEVELAND – Lawn & Landscape magazine, the premier publication serving the professional landscape industry, just got better. Beginning in September of this year, Lawn & Landscape will also include the official publication of the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA). The new publication, which has yet to be named, will be distributed along with Lawn & Landscape magazine in September, November, February and May of each year.
"Part of our mission at Lawn & Landscape is to be a complete information provider to the professional landscape industry, and it’s very clear to us that a number of our readers offer snow and ice control services," noted Cindy Code, group publisher for the Lawn & Landscape Media Group. "By publishing this new publication and distributing it as part of Lawn & Landscape magazine throughout the year, we will be reaching a maximum number of snow and ice professionals across the country and helping them become better business managers."
"We have had many discussions with representatives of the Snow & Ice Management Association, and we have a good feel for what they’re looking for in terms of a product that meets their members’ needs," added Bob West, editor for the Lawn & Landscape Media Group. "SIMA members can count on a publication that delivers them articles on business management issues, new products and technologies, key operational ideas and more."
"This is a tremendous and significant development in the ongoing efforts to promote our industry and to make us all better professionals," noted John Allin, SIMA president.
