Heritage Landscape Supply and HindSite Software have released the first step of a multi-phase integrated solution between HindSite’s FieldCentral (SaaS field service management software designed specifically for the green industry) and Heritage Plus (the Heritage ecommerce portal).
The first step is designed to make it easier for contractors to efficiently restock their service vehicles, and have a clear materials forecast, by leveraging the Heritage Plus Shopping List feature. Future phases will include automatic material cost download and mass pricing updates, integration with the Heritage GRIDS design services tool, and “one-click” ordering within FieldCentral to make managing inventory and ordering material as painless and efficient as possible.
“With the right network of business partners, there’s still a lot of opportunity for contractors to grow their business,” says Ted Rightmire, HindSite’s CEO. “Heritage’s approach of providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted growth partner to the market mirrors what's at the core of our culture, being a part of our client's teams rather than simply being their software provider."
Both Heritage and HindSite are making sure that contractors can increase their margins and grow successfully. “The release of this feature marks the start of an ambitious roadmap designed to help contractors maximize the profits from all of their hard work,” Rightmire adds.
