Personality clashes are common in the workplace and can cause some very serious issues.
Lawn & Landscape is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, March 14, titled “The 5 Most Challenging Employee Types.” Christopher Brown, CEO of Teed & Brown, will take the audience through the five different personality types he's encountered during his 30 years in the industry. Brown will show the audience the systems and procedures that Teed & Brown has developed to help smooth out the difficulties.
Brown’s journey in Turfgrass science started as a high school summer job at Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT. He studied at Penn State, earning a BS in Turfgrass Science and started Teed & Brown with Peter Teed less than a year after graduation. Brown has continued his education while managing and growing the business, completing his MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and a Masters in Turfgrass Management through Penn State’s online program. He is a frequent guest speaker at universities and conferences, talking about the opportunities for Turfgrass professionals in the home lawn care space. Brown also holds a Private Pilot license and enjoys traveling with his wife of 25 years, Rachel.
The free, online event will take place at noon EST on March 14. To register, click here.
