John Deere Landscapes continues expanding its national coverage, announcing the opening of eight new branches across the country. The new locations include:
- Jupiter, Fla.
- Richfield, Ohio
- Evansville, Ind.
- Grimes, Iowa
- Burnsville, Minn.
- Katy, Texas
- Santa Ana, Calif.
- Redmond, Wash.
John Deere’s acquisitions of McGinnis Farms and Century Rain Aid gave the company more than 220 locations, but the distributor of turf, nursery and irrigation products lacked presence in some key areas, particularly California. The company confirmed that the new facility in Santa Ana, which is roughly 30 miles south of Los Angeles, is “the first of several new branches planned for Southern California.”
These openings bring the company’s total to 250 locations in 38 states.
“We are expanding our capabilities to serve the professional landscape contractor by opening new branches in growing metropolitan markets and in areas where customers have requested we open a facility,” noted Dave Werning, president of John Deere Landscapes. “Our goal is to help industry professionals achieve greater success by offering the benefits of more convenient locations, top quality products and innovative services, including John Deere Credit financing for homeowners.”
