- VISTERRA FINALIZES FULL CARE DEAL: Visterra Landscape Group, a commercial landscaping platform, has acquired St. Louis-based Full Care, a regional provider of commercial landscaping and snow and ice removal services in greater St. Louis, Indianapolis and Louisville.
- SERVICETITAN LAUNCHES IPO: ServiceTitan, Aspire Software's parent company, has launched the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock.
- NEW GROUP ON THE BLOCK: The JW Group is launching The Disruptors, an online community designed to help landscape professionals grow their businesses.
- NEW HOME FOR ROCK BOTTOM: Heritage Landscape Supply Group has acquired Rock Bottom Stone Supply, a wholesale distributor of natural and manufactured stone. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
- MONROVIA MAKES MOVES IN LEADERSHIP ROLES: Monrovia, which provides ornamental and landscaping plants, has made several leadership changes at key positions at its nurseries.
- NEW KING AT OTR: OTR Engineered Solutions has hired John King as its new vice president of aftermarket sales.
