Landscape Workshop has acquired EdgeForm Landscape Management, an addition that strengthens the company’s presence in the Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Slidell markets.
This marks Landscape Workshop’s third acquisition in Louisiana.
EdgeForm Owner and CEO David Ray will join the LW team as director of operations, overseeing all legacy EdgeForm operations. All EdgeForm employees are joining the LW team, which ranked No. 27 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list last year.
“We’re thrilled to further expand our footprint in Louisiana by welcoming EdgeForm into the Landscape Workshop family,” says J.T. Price, CEO of Landscape Workshop. “EdgeForm has proven itself as the market leader in this region, and we are eager to continue building on the momentum across the Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Slidell markets. EdgeForm’s deep knowledge and strong reputation will be a great addition as we continue delivering top-tier service to our clients in Louisiana and beyond. EdgeForm is a company that could have partnered with anyone, and we are honored that they chose us to be their long-term partner so that together we can build and sustain market leadership in Louisiana.”
“Partnering with Landscape Workshop expands our ability to deliver the most comprehensive landscape solutions across the region,” Ray says. “Our shared commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service makes this a natural and strategic fit—for our companies, our teams, and the clients we proudly serve.”
LW operates across 38 Southeastern markets, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. The company is backed by Carousel Capital and McKinney Capital.
Legal counsel for Landscape Workshop in this transaction was provided by Stuart Maxey, Butler Sparks, and Ben Glicklich of Bradley. Warren Averett acted as financial advisor to Landscape Workshop. EdgeForm was represented by Hays Alexander and Matt Mullins of Alexander Sides.
