Landscape Workshop acquires Servello & Son in Orlando and Alott Commercial Land Management in Tampa, Florida.

Landscape Workshop has acquired Servello & Son in Orlando and Alott Commercial Land Management in Tampa, Florida. This expansion establishes a new territory in Orlando for Landscape Workshop and enhances its presence in Tampa.

Alott Commercial Land Management, owned by David Fry, was represented by Greg Golson of Mechanik Nuccio Hearne & Wester, Pennsylvania. 20 employees from Alott will join Landscape Workshop.

Servello & Son, owned by Greg and Lisa Servello, was represented by John Ferguson of Cobb Cole and Adam Lawson of Transworld Business Advisors; 44 employees from Servello will join Landscape Workshop.
