Landscape Workshop has acquired three commercial landscaping companies, expanding its reach into the South Florida, Northwest Arkansas and Charlotte, N.C. The companies acquired are Trimscape Landscape Services, All Around Landscaping and Sprout Commercial Landscaping Services.
The integration of these companies will enable Landscape Workshop to enhance its market presence and provide a broader geographic solution for businesses seeking a unified landscaping service provider. Trimscape Landscape Services — owned by Patrick and Jaimie Deery and based in Homestead, Fla. — was represented by attorney David Winker of David J. Winker, PA; 47 employees from Trimscape will join LW.
All Around Landscaping — owned by Jo Lynn Steenbergen and based in Springdale, Ark. — was represented by Larry McCredy of RMP LLP; 35 employees from All Around will join LW.
Sprout Commercial Landscape Services — owned by William Siler and based in Charlotte, N.C. — was represented by Jack Pridgen and David Lewis of Johnston, Allison & Hord, PA; 22 employees from Sprout will join LW.
