  • YARDNIQUE EXPANDS IN FLORIDA: The company added ASI Landscape Management, which is led by Joe Chiellini, who first founded the company in 1993. ASI will broaden Yardnique’s footprint in the western and central Florida regions.
  • DEALS IN THE DESERT: Mariani Premier Group expanded in Arizona by acquiring three companies. Desert Foothills Landscape, HMI Commercial Landscape and Benhart Landscaping collectively employ 200 people.
  • MAKE IT OFFICIAL: Envu has officially purchased Global Specialty Solutions from FMC Corporation. The companies entered this definitive agreement in July.
  • NICHOLAS LEADS THE NORTHEAST: Gras Lawn made Nicholas A. Carabetta its divisional president for the Northeast region. He'll focus on customer satisfaction, team development and regional expansion in landscaping, snow removal and design-build projects.
  • CHARITY EVENT AIMS FOR HELENE RELIEF: Loving's event, A Night of Impact, takes place Monday right by NALP's Elevate show in Charlotte. The evening includes food, cocktails, live music and an auction.
  • BOWER & BRANCH ADDS TRUCKING PARTNER: MTM Trucking and Logistics is a woman-owned business that will help Bower & Branch deliver its trees and plants
