LawnPro Partners, a platform backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Gro-Masters. This represents LawnPro’s 11th acquisition, including another recent acquisition of Green Image Lawn Care in Pennsylvania. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Savannah, Gro-Masters provides lawn care treatment, exterior pest control, and tree & shrub care services to residential and commercial customers. The company was founded in 1987 and is led by Lynn Tootle, who will continue to lead the company as president after the acquisition.
