Sebert Landscape has partnered with Kenosha Grounds Care. The terms of the partnership have not disclosed.
Sebert, a commercial company that services the Chicago area, offering maintenance, construction and snow removal, was ranked number 41 on the Lawn & Landscape 2015 Top 100 list, reporting a 2014 revenue of $31.2 million. The company had 70 year-round employees and 280 seasonal employees in 2014.
“In order for us to continue our growth model of creating opportunity, we wanted a true partnership which had a location in southeast Wisconsin. Kenosha Grounds Care is an extremely well run organization which has a very loyal customer base developed over 26 years of putting the customer’s needs first. Our goal is to continue the legacy of what Rich and Jill Oscarson have created,” said Jeff Sebert, CEO of Sebert, in a release.
Kenosha Grounds Care, based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, also offers maintenance, snow and construction services, focused on corporate clients. According to its website, the company has 40-plus fulltime employees.
“For a couple of years now, we have been looking for the right partner to build upon what our team has created,” said Rich Oscarson, president of Kenosha Grounds Care, in a statement. “The vision and roadmap which Jeff laid out to me was exactly what we were looking for. At this stage in our lives, finding a partner that takes just as much pride as we do in our teams, our companies and our customers is everything we could have asked for. We are all excited and looking forward to working with Sebert.”
Caber Hill Advisors advised Sebert on the partnership. Peter Holton, managing director, said he was unable to comment on the terms of the partnership or whether Kenosha would be moving under the Sebert brand.
