RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. – Park West Companies has announced an expansion of its branch structure serving the Los Angeles area.
Park West currently operates a branch office in Hawthorne. That office has served an 850 square mile territory north and south of the city. The new branch is located in the Chatsworth area and will be focused on serving the geography north of the Sepulveda Pass. In turn, this restructuring will free up the Hawthorne branch to focus on the areas to the south.
“We are very excited about the benefits this new arrangement will bring to our customers in these two unique markets,” said Dustin Kemmerer, president of Park West Landscape Management. “It will improve access and service to the Valley area by avoiding the ever increasing challenges of L.A. travel and traffic, while helping to accommodate strong anticipated growth.”
An engagement in the Valley is the Hidden Hills Community Association that manages the pastoral community in the western foothills of the San Fernando Valley at the Ventura County line that offers some 2,000 residents a rural, country way of life. Two Park West projects in the southern region are the 23-acre Langham Huntington luxury hotel in Pasadena and the 102-acre, Mediterranean-style Terranea oceanfront resort in Rancho Palos Verdes.
