LMN launches new Crew App updates

The new features include Drive Time Task and Absent/Late Notes.

Landscape Management Network, a business management software built by landscapers, has launched multiple new features for its Crew application.

“We built the Crew app to help landscapers everywhere set their staff up for success every single time they head to a job while giving leadership peace of mind through real-time updates and tracking,” says LMN CEO and Co-Founder Mark Bradley. “With the rollout of these additional features, business owners now have even more information at their fingertips, allowing them to fully harness their potential and unlock new growth opportunities.”

The new Crew App features include:

  • Drive Time Task — allows crew leaders to manage drive time punch-ins during drive time.
  • Quick Start/End Tasks — allows your crews to quickly log tasks that do not require additional documentation.
  • Absent/Late Notes — crew leads marking a team member as late or absent will now have the ability to add a note connected to that absence.
  • Skip/Reschedule Services — improve communication between your crew leads and your office by collecting critical context when crew leads need to skip a scheduled visit.

Additionally, LMN launched three dashboards under a brand-new invoicing menu subsection, allowing businesses to track invoicing numbers in real time.

Crew was developed using input from landscapers across North America, and further refined with hours of on-hand use under real-world conditions. Available for download on any smartphone app store, Crew can be used in Spanish or English and is the easiest-to-use time and job-tracking platform in the landscape industry. It connects seamlessly with LMN to drive accountability and productivity, all while giving business owners the insights they need to take their companies to the next level.
