Mahindra Opens News Parts Warehouse and Stocking Facility

Houston – To better serve its customers, Mahindra USA has opened a new, state-of-the-art parts warehouse and stocking facility. The spacious 30,000 square-foot warehouse houses all parts in one location, so that orders can be filled and shipped efficiently and quickly.

“We understand that when our customers order a part they need it as quickly as possible so they can get back to the job at hand,” said John Peake, senior parts manager for Mahindra USA. “By consolidating all of our parts in one location, we are able to fill orders within 48 hours.”

Also located at the new facility is Mahindra’s trained staff of service technicians. Each technician is assigned a specific geographical region to better accommodate customers’ needs.

“A lot of forward thinking went into the design and fulfillment process of the new warehouse, said Debra Brown, parts manager for Mahindra USA. “We feel confident that customers will notice a significant difference in our streamlined process.”

Mahindra’s new parts warehouse is located near corporate headquarters in Tomball, Texas.
