McHale Landscape Design is annoucing Mandy Moreland, the director of operations & nursery management, has recently earned the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist designation.
The ISA Certified Arborist credential signifies her unwavering commitment, dedication and comprehensive knowledge in the field of arboriculture. This accomplishment sets her apart as a professional with the expertise required to excel in the industry. The ISA Certified Arborist program is accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB), underscoring its compliance with ISO 17024 standards for certification bodies.
To attain this designation, Moreland underwent rigorous training, demonstrating proficiency in all facets of arboriculture. Furthermore, as an ISA Certified Arborist, she is bound by a Code of Ethics, reinforcing the credibility and reliability of her expertise within the workforce.
For the last 20 years, Moreland has worked her way up the ladder at the Maryland and Virginia-based family- owned firm from plant purchaser to operations coordinator, to the leadership role she holds today.
