We're less than two weeks into 2025 — the M&A market in landscaping is already sizzling.

Between a Top 100 company's sale to private equity and multiple top companies expanding their footprints, we saw lots of news this week. If you missed it, don't worry: We've got you covered! Here's all the M&A news we saw from last Monday onward.

  • EXPERIGREEN SOLD: Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired ExperiGreen Lawn Care. Huron Capital sold its majority stake in ExperiGreen after first partnering in 2022.
  • VERDE EQUITY REACHES ARIZONA: Verde Equity Partners has acquired Chula Vista Landscaping, a commercial landscaping company based in Tucson, Arizona. This acquisition marks Verde Equity Partners’ first expansion into Arizona.
  • KEYSERV EXPANDS IN FLORIDA: KeyServ Company has acquired Trim All Lawn Service, a full-service landscaping company based in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Serving Nassau County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the state, Trim All delivers residential and commercial landscaping services in the greater Jacksonville area.
  • LAWNPRO COMPLETES 10TH ACQUISITION: LawnPro Partners, a platform focused on residential lawn care treatment and tree, shrub and pest control services backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Green Image Lawn Care. Based in York and Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Green Image provides lawn care services and fertilization, soil testing, tree & shrub care, flea & tick, and mosquito control to residential and commercial customers. 
  • MARIANI MAKES ANOTHER MOVE: Mariani Premier Group has acquired its 24th company, Treasure Coast Irrigation and Rood Landscape, now known collectively as TCIROOD. TCIROOD joins Mariani’s other Florida-based companies, Blue, Garden Industries and Botanica.
  • SENSKE ACQUIRES TURFPRIDE: Senske Family of Companies has acquired TurfPride, which provides residential lawn care services in the Atlanta market. This strategic acquisition builds on SFC's growing presence in the Southeastern United States, which began with the acquisition of Arbor-Nomics in 2024. TurfPride will now become part of the Arbor-Nomics portfolio. 
  • VISTERRA DOES TUCK-IN WITH CRU CUTTERS: Visterra Landscape Group has acquired Cru Cutters from Florence, Kentucky, transforming Visterra's northern Kentucky footprint from a single branch into a regional hub south of the Ohio River.
  • APHIX ADDS IN ALABAMA: APHIX has acquired Largen Landscaping, a landscaping provider based in Huntsville, Alabama. This acquisition will strengthen the APHIX presence in the Southeast U.S.
