Michael Hatcher & Associates acquires assets from Grounds Control

Michael Hatcher & Associates, a commercial landscape company headquartered in Olive Branch, Mississippi, has acquired certain assets of Grounds Control, a landscape provider in Huntsville. This move will expand Hatcher’s footprint in North Alabama.

Michael Hatcher & Associates has operated in North Mississippi and the Greater Memphis Area since 1986, and its Huntsville branch opened in 2024. Grounds Control was founded in 1990 by Frank Tortorigi Jr., a third-generation landscape professional who served as company president since inception. He will stay on in an upper management role.
