Milwaukee Tool is introducing the new M18 FUEL Top Handle
Chainsaw, an expansion to their battery-powered chainsaw lineup. Available in
both 12-inch and 14-inch sizes, this battery-powered top handle chainsaw is
faster than 35cc gas and maintains the power to cut hardwoods while eliminating
gas headaches.
“Our dedication to the tree service professional continues to fuel
our drive for innovation in this market, revolutionizing the user experience,”
says Tony Buxton, group product manager for Milwaukee Tool. “By conducting
hundreds of hours of research to understand the efficiencies and inefficiencies
of professionals in the field, we saw the significant safety and productivity
compromises users need to make to drive sufficient power and performance in
demanding removal applications. With this understanding, we designed the electric
M18 FUEL Top Handle Chainsaw to be a true replacement for gas top handle
solutions, providing professional users the safety and efficiency benefits of
battery-operated equipment without the need to sacrifice power or
performance.”
Driving up to 20% faster cutting speeds than the leading gas
competitor, Milwaukee’s M18 FUEL Top Handle Chainsaw delivers the fastest
solution in the professional industry. Harnessing the power of M18 FUEL
technology, the saw can reach full throttle in under one second, increasing
productivity for users on the job.
With its POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, this cordless top handle
chainsaw delivers professionals the power to cut hardwoods, maintaining speed
under heavy loads. The M18 FUEL Top Handle Chainsaw provides professional users
with the torque required to complete cuts in demanding materials, ultimately
improving productivity and efficiency in application. Additionally, this
cordless battery-powered chainsaw eliminates common gas headaches such as pull
starts, high noise levels, emissions and regular engine
maintenance.
The M18 FUEL Top Handle Chainsaw is fully compatible with the
entire M18 line, now offering more than 250 power tool solutions.
