Milwaukee Tool has debuted its new M18 FUEL Telescoping Pole Saw.
Designed with a user-demanded feature set, this battery-operated pole saw is
faster than 36cc gas and delivers the power to cut hardwoods.
“Milwaukee’s commitment to the tree service professional continues
to fuel our drive to disrupt and innovate in this space,” says Tony Buxton, director of product marketing for Milwaukee Tool. “Working on the ground with
industry professionals across the country, we have seen the compromises in
power, efficiency, and safety commonly made with pole saws in order to get the
job done. With the development and introduction of our M18 FUEL™ Telescoping
Pole Saw, we are eliminating the trade-offs, providing professionals with
increased productivity and efficiency on the job without
compromise.”
Milwaukee reports cut speeds up to 30% faster than the leading gas competitor on the M18. Utilizing the power of FUEL technology, the saw reaches full throttle under one second, increasing productivity for professionals on the job.
With a POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, this battery-powered pole saw
maintains speed under heavy loads, delivering up to 2.35 horsepower of peak power.
Users can perform an entire
day's work on one battery system. The M18 FUEL Telescoping Pole Saw is fully
compatible with the entire M18 line, now offering more than 250 power tool
solutions.
