Outdoor Living Supply, a distribution platform with a focus on outdoor living products and solutions, announced it has acquired Mid-Atlantic Concrete Products and South-Atlantic Concrete Products, full-service distributors of hardscapes, natural stone and porcelain products in North Carolina and Georgia, respectively.

Founded in 2004, MACP is based in Winston Salem, N.C., and SACP, established in 2007, is located in Cumming, Ga. Since their inception, both companies have established themselves as the preferred suppliers of high-quality hardscape solutions to commercial and residential contractors, as well as independent dealers in their respective markets.

Ken Armistead, president and managing partner of MACP, will remain a strategic resource to the business in an ambassador role. Rich Kearney, president and managing partner of SACP, will continue with OLS in a newly formed role as VP of commercial and wholesale, where he will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive recurring revenue from new and existing customers in the commercial and wholesale markets.

“We are thrilled to have the teams at MACP and SACP join OLS. These partnerships enhance our existing store network in North Carolina and Georgia and give us a significant foothold in the commercial hardscape market,” says Brian Price, CEO of Outdoor Living Supply.

“Partnering with OLS enables us to maintain the family culture that we have built over 20 years,” says Ken Armistead, President and Managing Partner of MACP. “OLS shares our drive and commitment to providing exceptional quality products and service.”

“Outdoor Living Supply provides us with expanded resources and a powerful growth platform, helping us take our commercial sales, talented team, loyal customers and suppliers to new levels,” adds Rich Kearney, president and managing partner of SACP.

Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP served as legal advisor to OLS.
