Prescription Landscape, a commercial landscape and snow removal provider in Minneapolis-St. Paul, has acquired Clearwater Irrigation and Water Management.
Chanhassen, Minn.-based Clearwater is a residential irrigation and water management service provider for select homeowner sites in the west metro area. Terms of the deal, which closed March 21, were not disclosed.

Clearwater Irrigation will continue to operate as a division of Prescription Landscape for the foreseeable future.?
