Riverview Companies has acquired via merger LCS Landscapes, a commercial landscape and snow maintenance provider serving New York’s mid-Hudson region and Westchester County.
Daniel Lepore, LCS’s majority owner, and Bruce Peterson, LCS’s general manager, will both become co-owners in Riverview and continue in their day-to-day management roles. The addition of LCS expands Riverview’s footprint to include New York’s mid-Hudson region and is Riverview’s 11th acquisition in the past 24 months.
“After meeting with Riverview, we quickly realized this partnership would enable our team to continue to expand throughout the northeast U.S. and provide our employees with tremendous growth opportunities,” says Daniel Lepore, LCS’s president and owner. “We share similar philosophies with Riverview and are excited to join their team."
“We have watched LCS’s tremendous growth under Daniel’s and Bruce’s leadership in recent years as they became the leader in the mid-Hudson region. Their addition to Riverview now provides us with continuous service coverage from central New Jersey, up through Albany, and east to Boston,” says Michael Waterman, Riverview’s CEO.
“We’re thrilled to welcome LCS to our team and excited to work with Daniel, Bruce and their broader team to continue to build Riverview,” says Andy Smith, Riverview’s chief operating officer.
