Sea Gull Lighting Products and Murray Feiss Import have announced that they have reached an agreement in principle, subject to customary closing conditions, to combine forces to create the No. 1 privately held lighting and home decor entity in North America before the end of 2005.

Murray Feiss Import is a premiere lighting and decorative accessory resource for interior/exterior designer products for home and hospitality. Sea Gull Lighting Products is a leading manufacturer and marketer of fashionable and functional indoor/outdoor lighting and ceiling fans for residential and commercial application.
Known for their brand leadership, Murray Feiss Import and Sea Gull Lighting Products, will continue to design, manufacture, import, and distribute their respective brands including Ambiance® Lighting Systems, Light Process Co., Monte Carlo® Fan Co., Murray Feiss Import, Royce Lighting, and Sea Gull Lighting® and market licensed products for Bob Mackie Home, Colonial Williamsburg, Waverly, and PGA® Tour.
The two companies will continue to operate as stand alone entities and brands under existing management, while leveraging the combined organization’s resources and strong executive teams to achieve its goals.
