SpringGreen tabs new franchise leaders in Pennsylvania and Illinois

Codie Culley and Ashleigh Foor take over in Middleton, PA, while Tyler Bock takes the reigns in Galesburg, Illinois.

SpringGreen has recently taken on a set of new franchisees in Pennsylvania and Illinois. The company ranked No. 31 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list in 2024 and has roughly 650 employees.

Codie Culley and Ashleigh Foor have officially taken ownership of the established SpringGreen franchise in Middleton, Pennsylvania. Culley brings over 13 years of experience in the lawn care and outdoor services.
His journey into the lawn care industry began in high school when he started a small mowing business. Over the years, he expanded into outdoor or services, including patios, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens. Now, with the acquisition of this SpringGreen resale territory, Culley will expand his service offerings with professional lawn, pest and tree care.

"This opportunity allows us to build on an established business while expanding our footprint in the community," Culley says. "SpringGreen’s proven processes and support systems will help us scale efficiently and provide even more value to our customers."

Culley's business has a history of supporting local initiatives, including township events, fire departments, senior centers, libraries, and sports teams. Culley and Foor plan to continue this through their SpringGreen franchise.

"Joining the SpringGreen family is the perfect way to combine our experience and passion with a system that supports growth and success," Culley says. "We’re excited to serve our customers and contribute to the community."

“We are excited to add the Culley’s to SpringGreen. He is a true industry veteran, and is a welcomed addition to our growing SpringGreen family," says Brad Johnson, the president of SpringGreen.

Meanwhile, SpringGreen has also added Tyler Bock as the new owner of the SpringGreen franchise serving the Galesburg, Illinois area. Bock takes ownership of this established territory.

A graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in agribusiness and farm management, Bock started his first lawn mowing business as a young entrepreneur in junior high. Over the years, that passion grew into Bock’s Lawn Care, where he has gained over a decade of green industry experience. Additionally, Bock co-owns an agricultural repair shop, which has been in operation for 15 years.

“When I learned about the opportunity to purchase a SpringGreen resale territory, I was drawn to the resources and support offered by the franchise model,” Bock says. “Having built businesses from the ground up, I know how valuable it is to have a network of consultants and proven systems to help guide decisions and drive growth.”

“Tyler is a true industry veteran, and he is a welcomed addition to our growing Spring-Green family of green industry business owners,” Johnson says. “With him and his team in place, customers can expect the opportunity to take advantage of expanded services in the future.”
