Building on last year’s introduction of zero-turn and push mowers at Equip Expo, Stihl debuted the AZA 700 Series battery-powered stand-on mowers.

It was among several products on display at the show (booth 5068 indoors, booth 8000D in the outdoor demo area).

Featuring a 24 kWh lithium-iron battery, the AZA 700 Series offers cutting deck widths of 48 inches, 52 inches, and 60 inches, with a run time of up to eight hours on a single charge.

Stihl also added to its push mower lineup with the addition of five battery models and two gas models. It also added to its lineup of professional-grade battery tools, including the new BRA 500 and 600, Stihl’s most powerful blowers yet, rivaling the BR 600 and 700.

“As a leading outdoor power equipment brand, we’ve led the industry for nearly 100 years. Whether it’s our advanced battery tools, the widest range of OPE products, or the unmatched support of over 10,000 Stihl Dealers nationwide, Stihl remains the trusted choice for customers,” says Chris Keffer, president and CEO of Stihl.

“As an industry leader, we take a 360-degree approach to equipping landscapers with the tools and solutions they need to make informed purchasing decisions tailored to their business needs. This means going beyond just the products. Stihl offers a comprehensive range of charging solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of professionals: overnight, on-the-go, and at the jobsite," Keffer says.

Stihl recently introduced its latest innovation in battery charging solutions, the ProPower Hub. This intelligent charging management solution can sequentially charge up to 30 batteries overnight using a standard 120V/15A circuit, providing optimal power for most crews to operate for a full day.

At this year’s show, Stihl recognized the vital contributions of over 10,000 authorized Stihl dealers who deliver exceptional service to customers across the U.S.

“This year, we proudly celebrate fifty years of manufacturing in America, and that would not have been possible without the unparalleled service and support from our ever-growing network of Stihl dealers,” Keffer says. “We are dedicated to providing them with the resources and tools they need to grow their businesses, including training, sales support, and expanded Ecommerce solutions.”
