Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired ExperiGreen Lawn Care.

Huron Capital sold its majority stake in ExperiGreen after first partnering in 2022. Huron helped ExperiGreen add 19 acquisitions that drove a greater than 10-fold increase to EBITDA. ExperiGreen ranked No. 60 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list in 2024.
