This adhesive banding system consists of a dense, flexible fiber barrier and an adhesive film barrier. Envirometrics Systems packages the BugBarrier Tree Band in 10 and 30 foot kits for retail distribution. These kits contain the nominal amount of adhesive film and double that amount of fiber. The BugBarrier Tree Band effectively stops insects that climb trees. Fall and spring cankerworms, gypsy moths, winter moths and forest tent caterpillars are the most frequently targeted pests.
