The K-600 pruner is Metallo’s best, ergonomically designed bypass pruner. It cuts material up to one inch in diameter. The handle is designed with a curved grip to optimize the position of the user’s hand. The downward-facing blade keeps the pruner in line with the user’s arm to allow for easy cutting and reduced fatigue. Aluminum handles with easy-grip coating complete the ergonomic design. A two-position lock system saves time and hand motion when pruning many like-sized stems.
The blade is forged, high carbon steel, hard chrome plated, with a wire cutting notch so it will hold a sharp edge longer. The upper blade is replaceable. The lower counter blade has a built in sap groove to reduce friction and cleaning time.
