A plant that lives up to its name, Heuchera ‘Lime Ruffles’ livens up a landscape with its frosty-tipped, green foliage. As a perennial bred with Heuchera villosa, ‘Lime Ruffles’ has been developed for its large leaves and heat tolerance. This heuchera has an impressive mounding habit and grows at a rapid pace, producing white flowers in the fall.
Heuchera ‘Lime Ruffles’ can be used for large textural additions to gardens or landscape design. For optimal performance, ‘Lime Ruffles’ requires moderately well-drained, organic soils and partial to little sun. The average size of this variety is 11” Height / 18” Width / 24” Flower Height and it grows best in zones 4 – 9.
