TAMPA, Fla. - Evatech has released its 2015 model of the Hybrid GOAT 22T commercial robotic slope mower. The 22T is a tracked mower which features Evatech's patented hybrid technology that allows consumers to mow steep slopes safely, economically and in an environmentally-friendly way. the 22T generates its own electric power and does not contain any fluids that could be harmful to your lawn.
Performance and specifications
The Hybrid Goat 22T has been engineered for slope mowing and to perform tasks where it is too risky or uncomfortable for humans. Designed with efficiency in mind, Evatech's hybrid system allows the 22T to run for approximately 2.5 hours with only 0.3 gallon of gas. With its 22" blade deck, the 22T is capable of mowing half an acre per hour of sloped property. It would normally take four people using weed eaters to mow at that speed. The 6.75 HP gas engine allows the 22T to mow up to four foott tall grass. Because of its low center of gravity and high torque electric motors, the 22T is capable of mowing slopes of 50 +/- 10 degrees. The 22T weighs approximately 250lbs, and does not tear up terrain.
Control system
The Hybrid Goat 22T features an easy-to-use radio transmitter to control its operation. The controller features two joy sticks. One joy stick controls the movement of the mower, while the other joy stick controls the gas engine. This simple design requires only one finger to operate the 22T.
Warranty
Evatech includes a one-year warranty on all of its robotic slope mowers.
Pricing and availability
The 22T retails for $8299 and is available at www.evatech.net.
