Vip3D

HENDERSON, Nev. – Structure Studios debuted the SketchUp Importer to celebrate the relaunch of the 3D pool and landscape design software, VIP Suite, as Vip3D.

Six years ago, VIP Suite was introduced as a way for pool builders and landscape architects to create visual, fully interactive 3D presentations.

Now, Structure Studios revolutionizes 3D design again, taking Vip3D beyond pool and landscape design. “Designers need flexible tools to create the high-end outdoor living spaces customers want. Vip3D is the versatile new approach to outdoor living design,” said Noah Nehlich, founder and president of Structure Studios.

Vip3D gives outdoor living designers tools
Vip3D’s tools, including the new SketchUp Importer, help designers create 3D presentations that are more meaningful to clients.

By interfacing with SketchUp, designers can bring in 3D models – selected from the millions of items in the 3D Warehouse or created in SketchUp – and then fully render those models in 3D to customize in Vip3D. From applying new materials to changing the color, it takes just one click to select the object, and one click to choose the new color, material or finish.

“Our own 3D library includes thousands of items from outdoor living manufacturers,” said Nehlich. “The new SketchUp 3D Warehouse interface means designers can add a broad array of other 3D items to presentations. If a designer wants to surprise their customer by showcasing their new Tesla in the driveway, they can do that now."

– SketchUp Importer, so designers can resize, scale, and customize items from the 3D SketchUp Warehouse to populate their Vip3D design
– An exclusive high-contrast color theme, which makes designing in Vip3D a more user-friendly and enjoyable experience.
